Bears In The Valley Grand Auction and Gala

Columbus Day marks the end of our summer with the bears.

An Oktoberfest Gala event will auction off the bears at the Grand Summit Hotel ballroom.

$75.00 per person
or $125.00 per couple

Auction proceeds to benefit local charities,art education programs in local schools,future Chamber arts,marketing,and events.

In addition, Bennington Moosefest auctioneer Tim Milks joins us from Tennessee.

Come join us at our 4th Village Stroll in downtown Wilmington from 5-8 pm.
Enjoy a family fun- filled evening. Local restaurants,retail and lodging establishments stay open while live street performers entertain us. Kids activities.

Don't miss your last chance to see all 56 of our local school artist baby bears together again for three hours and the end of silent bidding.

100% of the silent auction proceeds go back to each bears school.  Come out and support our local school arts programs!
